Forrest Square Civil Construction

Part of the revitalisation of Subiaco Town Centre, Forrest Square was a challenging project to create an architecturally designed multi-use space.

Following the demolition of a pre-existing car park and warehouse slab, the new construction emerged as an interesting urban space in the heart of Subiaco.

Functioning primarily as a car park, the space doubles as a town square for markets, outdoor concerts and community events.

The vibrancy of Forrest Square was enhanced by retaining trees, adding landscaping, urban furniture and a variety of textural paving.

The storm water management system was upgraded, electrical and communications services installed. The project was completed on time with zero environmental or safety incidents.
